Soup: local green tomato soup, pickling spice, chow, sour cream ($8.50)

Calamari: crisp-fried local squid, garlic scape and dulse seasoning, basil mayo, spring onions ($8.50)

Salad: butterhead lettuce, Dutchman's Dragon's Breath Blue Cheese, candied walnuts, olives ($8.50)


Chicken: roasted breast, summer squash, parmesan, and pine nut salad, mashed potatoes, roasted chicken jus ($23)

Lobster Pasta: handmade cavatelli, local lobster, marsh greens, lobster coulis, cherry tomatoes, lobster oil, herbs and fresh shaved parmesan ($25)

Steak: grilled 12 oz rib-eye, crushed herb new potatoes, tempura beans ($37)

Scallops: pan-seared local scallops, cucumber salad, nahm jim, Thai rice cakes, cilantro, puffed rice, coconut reduction ($25)

Halibut: pan-roasted filet of local halibut, succotash of local vegetables-roasted corn, peppers, tomatoes, beans, broad beans, tomatoes and fresh herbs ($25)


Tiramisu: coffee-soaked sponge biscuits, sweet mascarpone cream, cocoa ($7)

Blueberries & Lemon: fresh berries and compote, lemon curd, soft meringue, crispy meringue, primrose sorbet ($7)
