Scallops: seared local scallops, 5 bean barigoule (artichokes, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, sautéed local greens, Jerusalem artichoke chips ($26)

Pork: cured and roasted pork loin, “pea and ham” risotto, mustard sauce, wild caraway vichy carrots, crispy garlic chive potato dauphin ($22)

Chicken: breast, leg, crisp skin, liver parfait, lion's mane mushrooms, creamy mashed potato, orange sauce ($22)

Halibut: smoked halibut risotto, peas, pea shoots, asparagus, mint, parmesan, green salad ($24)
