Soup: pea, mint, and sorrel soup, salad of beach peas, asparagus, and fiddleheads, arugula oil ($8.50)

Halibut Fritters: smoked halibut, pea, lemon, and herb arancini, smoked dulse and lovage salt, green garlic mayo, sour cream ($8.50)

Charcuterie Board: house-made prosciutto, fromage de tête, chicken liver parfait, smoked pork loin, seedy bread crisps and house-made breads, with maple wine jelly and pickles ($14)


Steak: 12 oz grilled rib-eye, hand-cut fries, caraway Caeser salad ($34)

Scallop & Pork Ramen: rich pork and scallop broth, seared scallops, sweet potato noodles, Broadfork Farm greens and hakeuri turnips, Bay of Fungi mushrooms, nori, corn, green onions, tea egg ($23)

Pork: cured and smoked pork loin, pomme boulangere, buttered radishes, daikon & ginger slaw, cider jus ($22)

Lamb : Provençal lamb ragout, olives, capers, cherry tomatoes, parsley, handmade potato gnocchi, shaved parmesan ($25)

Halibut: grilled filet of locally-caught halibut, pearl couscous salad, preserved lemon, mint, anise hyssop, red onion, and parsley, Broadfork Farm beet greens and beets with rose ($24)


Chocolate: squares--spruce tip shortbread base, chocolate pâté, dulce de leche, blood orange and lemon, spruce tip custard ($7)

Rhubarb and Almond Tart: spiced rhubarb, almond frangipane, sable, sweet cicely flower ice cream ($7)
