STARTERS

Soup: roasted garlic, beer, and aged That Dutchman's gouda soup, caramelized apples, hops oil, and cheese doodles ($8.50)

Salad: roasted local squash, molasses butter, candied nuts, goat cheese, balsamic reduction, red kale crisps ($8.50)

Seafood Board: a sampling of four locally-inspired and house-crafted seafoods, condiments, and house-made breads--perfect for sharing! ($15)

MAINS

Salmon: maple hot-smoked salmon, buckwheat noodles, local vegetables, tea egg, dulse, poached shiitake, green onions, aromatic smoked broth ($22)

Pork Sampler: applewood-smoked pork loin, tender braised belly, cotechino sausage, braised red cabbage, lentils vinaigrette, heirloom carrots, maple mustard sauce, crab apple purée ($24)

Steak: grilled 12oz rib-eye, “fully loaded” baked russet potato with sour cream, bacon, diced tomato, green onion, cheddar cheese ($37)

Scallops: pan-seared local scallops, “Petits Pois à La Française”: baby peas with house-cured bacon, onions and lettuce, Parisienne gnocchi, scallop cream, garden herb salad ($25)

Halibut: grilled filet of local halibut, ratatouille of local vegetables, boulangère style potatoes, parsley pesto ($25)

SWEETNESS

Pear & Chocolate: spiced red-wine poached forelle pears, Belgian chocolate pot au crème, boozy whipped cream ($7)

Pumpkin Cheesecake: cheesecake of roasted local pumpkins, pie-spiced crumb, maple whipped cream, candied nuts ($7)

Summer in Review: Vacherin Glacé--fancy house-made ice cream cake of summer berries (strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, and blueberry) ice creams layered between meringue. The perfect way to remember and extend summer!!! ($7)
